"Just thought I’d drop you a line to say thank you for the pragmatism and above all, great photography ... I am proud to put our name to it. I was never sure that what was achieved, could be achieved in a
studio. Relieved and delighted to be proved wrong."
Beri Cheetham, Executive Creative Director
Leo Burnett/ARC Worldwide
Being a professional photographer isn't about creating interesting pictures when the subject is easy and time elastic, it's about being able to create great pictures when an assignment is challenging and time is short. An instinctive feeling for light and form is paramount, coupled with an innate ability to think on one's feet and put subjects quickly at ease; these should be a given.
But managing a crew in the studio or on location, dealing with the unexpected, and being able to deliver to a client's brief on time and within budget are skills only acquired with experience.
I have over 25 years experience, working for national and international clients including:
Sunday Times Magazine
London Symphony Orchestra
Cancer Research UK
Ogilvy One Worldwide
If you have a project in mind I'm always happy to discuss the best way forward ...
